SHANIA AT FRANCO'S: Where does a famous vegetarian dine when in Phoenix? Well, Shania Twain went incognito (red baseball cap and sweatshirt) to Franco's Italian Caffe near the Ritz Carlton, where she and her husband, record producer "Mutt" Lange, stayed while here for her recent America West Arena concert. They enjoyed vegetarian pizza, pasta, eggplant and sorbets. "She's very nice," said Franco Fazzuoli, "not pretentious, being the big star she is."
