The Date has apparently been set for Shania's Primetime NBC Concert Special.
This is a mention of it from a News update:

SHANIA will be back in the USA for a free concert in Chicago, July 27th, that will be taped and turned into an NBC TV music special scheduled for August 27th.

Unfortunately, the Air date for Shania's NBC concert special has been changed.

The Air Date has been changed to August 12.
